Kelley has always disliked food waste and started canning, fermenting, and storing food to keep it from going bad. She studied geology at Boston University and then University of Oregon for graduate school. After a brief foray into geological research for the Department of Energy, she swerved into Brewing by way of QA/QC. She spent 8 years as a commercial brewer from Jackson to Boston and is now focusing on taking care of her 2 small kids and 1 old pup, while trying to make a positive impact in Teton Valley.
