Dan Reyes is a North Carolina native with a serious passion for reducing waste simultaneously advocating for individual sustainability. He spent ten tears in the ARMY Reserves while traveling through the US on a dime. During this time he was a firsthand witness to the massive amounts of waste that result from the lack of proper diversion and reduction strategies. He was also inspired by the leaders that were able to take ideas and turn them into fully implemented procedures. Motivated by the complexities of his past experiences Dan Reyes went to Oregon State to get a B.S. in Environmental Economics and Policy and is currently the County Administrator for Teton County Idaho.
